Canfield is a new townhouse development by I4 Property Group currently in preconstruction at 3175 Canfield Crescent, North Vancouver. Canfield has a total of 8 units.

Canfield Crescent is located at the corner of Highlands and Woodbine and offers a gentle transition from two end-of-life single-family homes to four modern duplexes. The homes each have three bedrooms, two underground parking spots, a spacious rooftop deck, an outdoor dining space, Level 2 EV Charging and below grade storage. Construction will adhere to Step Code 5 of B.C.’s Building Code and traffic management will include secured off-site parking for trades and no road closures.
