Oak Street Townhouses are designed in the courtyard style. This project consists of 6 units with one of the units having a 300 sf lock-off unit at the basement. Each unit has a private large patio or a small garden for outdoor space. This contemporary design takes many clues from traditional design such as the wood shingle covered facades and deep hanging planters above entrance doors. The guardrails have been designed as metal guards to be visible to the birds and avoid any injury from flying into them.
