For Riley Park’s interiors, we are excited to introduce a new take on classic design, comfortably familiar but designed for today. Every home at Riley Park has 10-foot ceilings on the main level of living, meaning more volume, more natural light and more storage.In the Kitchen
Our kitchens have a warm colour palette with a soft white, oyster grey or rich navy. The details that complete the look are fixtures and pulls in champagne bronze. Warm white textured backsplash with handcrafted effect and quartz stone countertops with a cast enamel double bowl sink. Finished with a pull-down spray faucet in champagne bronze and under-cabinet integrated task lights

Bathrooms designed for elevated living. Powder rooms tucked away on the main floor of every home at Riley Park. Contemporary take on shaker-style cabinetry in rich navy, soft white or warm oyster grey colour schemes. Oversized porcelain tiles line the floor and walls (in second bathrooms)
› Ensuite porcelain floor tile – warm grey large format porcelain tile that draws inspiration from natural stones
› Ensuite wall tile – vertically stacked classic white tile adding texture and depth
White porcelain vanity sinks with a gentle curve for a more classic profile. Finished with quartz stone countertops, deep soaker tubs in white acrylic and frameless glass showers. All bathrooms have single-lever faucets in polished chrome and white dual flush high efficiency toilet.
